形態特徵

Terrestrial herbs. Stems creeping below, ascending at apex, 3-5 cm long.
Leaves ovate or lanceolate ovate, 2-4 cm long, 1-2 cm wide, acute at apex, rounded at base, green, with white spots or patches on upper surface; petioles 0.5-1.5 cm long.
Peduncle 10-15 cm long, hairy, with 2-3 sheaths; rachis 3-5 cm long, 5-10-flowered; floral bracts hairy outside, ciliate at margins. Flowers racemose; ovary hairy; sepals white, tinged with green, 7-9 mm long, hairy outside, dorsal one ovate-elliptic, concave, lateral ones obliquely ovate-elliptic, spreading, recurved and slightly twisted at apex; petals white, obliquely spatulate, toothed at margins, hood recurved at apex; lip cymbiform-ovoid, 7-8 mm long, base saccate, hairy within, limb tongue-shaped, strongly recurved, acute at apex, with 2 keels along midrib; column, 4.7-5.2 mm long; anther ovate, 2.5-2.8 mm long; pollinia clavate; stigma orbicular, slightly protruding; rostellar arms slender, sharp at apex; viscidium elliptic, 1.5 mm long.

台灣 : in forests at 2,000-2,700 m altitude.
世界 : Korea, Japan, and China.
